Chaz Fertal was the best agent anyone could ask for. He was always there to help us through every step of our purchase as this is the first house my wife and I have bought. He was amazing and will recommend him to anyone I know looking to sell or purchase a property.

With the lease at our previous residence coming to an end, we were undecided about whether we wanted to continue renting or explore the option of buying. We came to Chaz and Kayla with very little knowledge of the process (we were overwhelmed by the whole thing) but we figured it couldn't hurt to find out what it would take to get there. From the first discussion, Chaz explained everything thoroughly and helped us determine that buying was a realistic option. We were fortunate that the third property we toured ended up being our perfect home, which is a testament to Chaz knowing exactly what it was we were looking for and, once we found it, he was there to guide us every step of the way. We have now been in our house for two months and couldn't be happier.

Chaz and Kayla were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions (and there were a lot of questions!) Every thing was done promptly and spelled out easily. I am happy with my purchase price, but even happier that Chaz was able to negotiate a huge seller credit! Attention to detail was crucial, he made sure the language in the contract was perfect and that we really made sure it was iron clad. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

Chaz went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable the entire time. He made sure I knew everything about the house buying process and made me go look at houses in all areas so I could get a better feel for what I was doing. I have 0 complaints about him and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. I'm glad I chose him to work with. He's also a good looking dude. 10/10!
